In 2023, the woman was introduced to the producer Surappa Babu. Surappa Babu believed that he was making a film with Shivraj Kumar and Ganesh. She had asked the woman to need a loan for the film. The woman paid Rs 92 lakh for the film.

Surappa Babu did not get in touch after a few days after receiving money from a woman. When further inquiries were made, the woman knew that Shivraj Kumar and Ganesh were not filming Surappa Babu. The woman then insisted that her money be withdrawn. From there, Kirk became the beginning.

Surappa Babu returned to Rs 25 lakh when a woman who had borrowed Rs 92 lakh was asked. But it is alleged that the woman was threatened when he asked for another money. So the woman has lodged a complaint against producer Surappa Babu. Based on the woman’s complaint, the Amritahalli station police have filed an FIR and are investigating.
