Balakrishna was given 20 acres of land for 20 years for the purpose of building a studio in 1970. Then the lease period was extended. He told the government that the money from the sale would only be used for studio development.

But so far, the studio has been in a state of condition. It has not been developed so far. Now Balakrishna’s grandson Karthik has planned to sell the farm. The plan was to sell Rs 14 crore per 1 acre. This issue is known to the forest authorities. Thus, they have requested the sheriff to take it into custody.
