Kamal Haasan (Kamal Haasan), a statement on Kannada language has caused controversy. Kamal Haasan, speaking at his audio audio of his starring ‘Thug Life’, said, “Kannada was born from Tamil.” Kamal’s statement has led to the outrage of Kannadigar, and some Kannada organizations have condemned Kamal’s statement. In addition, Kamal’s acting ‘Thug Life’ is being heard loudly in Karnataka. But is cinema banned? Is there an opportunity in the law?

Kamal has demanded a ban on his cinema against the statement made by Kamal. The law says this is not possible. Even if you remember some old events, it is clear that the ban is not possible.

At the time of the release of ‘The Kerala Story’, the Kerala government has made its way to prevent the release of the film from being released in the state of Kerala. The Supreme Court also fought the law. Whatever the effort was made, the release of the cinema could not be prevented. The West Bengal government has banned the same cinema. However, the ‘The Kerala Story’ filmmakers filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court to clear the ban. The ban was then cleared. Cinema was also released in West Bengal.

In Bollywood, every two months, a cinema ban is demanded. A number of films have been filed in advance but no cinema is also banned recently. ‘The Kerala Story’, ‘Emergency’, ‘Razakar’, ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘Pule’ have been heard against a few more films. But no film could be banned.

The release of any particular cinema can cause heavy damage, rioting. The court only orders the release of cinemas, books, etc., only if there is a negative impact on citizens’ feelings. The CBFC also has the right to deny the certificate under regulations for any cinema. But once the cinema team goes to court, it will eventually be decided in court whether the case should be settled.

This is not the first time Kannada organizations and some other organizations have demanded the ban on films. In the past, some cinema and artists have been forced to ban. But the ban is against the law. Recently, it was demanded that Sonu be banned on Nigam. Then the Film Chamber said, ‘It is not possible to ban. We do not have that authority.

Now it is heard that Kamal cinema should be banned. But there is no ban. But disobedience is possible. Cinema is a decision to make a decision not to showcase the cinema of the state.
