Bangalore: Actor Darshan, accused of the Renukaswamy murder case, has got good news. The court has given the green signal to leave India and go abroad. The 64th CCH Court in Bangalore has sanctioned the actor Darshan, who is accused of murdering Renukaswamy, who is currently released from jail on conditional bail.
Actor Darshan has sought permission from the court seeking the opportunity to go to Dubai and Europe for 25 days to shoot the Devil Cinema. Darshan had applied for Section 439 (1) (b) of CRPC to allow them to move abroad from June 1 to 25. The petition filed by Darshan has now been rejected by the 64th CCH Court and Justice IP Naik has issued a order to go to Foreign.
The High Court had stipulated that Darshan would not leave Bangalore when he was granted bail. He then relaxed the condition for the filming of the film. The court has now allowed the film to go to Foreign because of the filming abroad. The Devil Cinema team has also got a big relief.
