Tanker torn over those who worked on the highway – three deaths!

Belgaum: Three persons were killed and three others were injured when an oil -filled tanker was torn down on a national highway at Itagi Cross in Kittur Taluk in Belgaum district.

Tanker’s joint cut is lost. The tanker on the workers who were working in the middle of the highway was flipped. Workers struggled to escape death, and the bodies along the road are shattered.

Workers who had come to Belgaum for work from Kalaburagi were repairing the road on the Pune Bangalore highway. Ramanna, Mahesh and Ramachandra of Kalaburagi district have died in the accident. Lakshmibai, Anushree and Bhimabai are seriously injured. Bhimabai’s two legs were cut for the accident and was rushed to the Belgaum Bims Hospital for treatment. The oil -filled tanker is now flowing over the service road. The driver of the tanker was taken away by police. The Kittur police station visited the site of the incident and inspected it.
