Mangalore: In the wake of communal tensions in Dakshina Kannada district, the police have now begun strict action against Hindu leaders and activists of Hindu organizations. The Assistant Commissioner of Puttur Subdivision has issued a notice to attend the hearing on June 6 to order the deportation of the deportation of the Dakshina Kannada district. The notice was issued under the Karnataka Police Act, 1963: 58.
BJP leader Arun Kumar Puttila has filed an FAR against 15 activists, including RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhatt. The opposite deportation notice has been issued. The notice has been ordered to be deported from Dakshina Kannada district to the Shahabad police station in Kalaburagi district.
What is Arun Puttu’s exile notice? The Karnataka Police Act has been filed on 06-06-2025 against the Shahabad Police Station of Kalaburgi in Kalaburgi district against Arun Kumar Puthila, son of Krishnaiah of Mundur taluk in Dakshina Kannada district. The notice issued by the Assistant Commissioner of the Puttur Division was mentioned that the Sadri inquiry was suggested to be attended.
“You have been told that in this case you can argue for the hearing by a lawyer. If you miss the case, you will not be interested in the case and will be unilaterally decided on the basis of the available information, ”the notice said.
Khadan has instructed the police to take stern action against hate speech and communal guys in Dakshina Kannada district. Action has begun against Hindu leaders. However, the Assistant Commissioner of the Puttur Division has not mentioned in the notice as to why Arun Puthila has been deported.
