Visakhapatnam: Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed yoga with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Along with PM Modi, many others also did yoga. On this occasion, PM Modi also addressed the people. Let’s know what the Prime Minister said.

  1. PM Modi emphasized the importance of yoga and explained how it brings peace in the turmoil. He said, “Unfortunately today the whole world is going through some kind of stress. In many areas, unrest and instability is increasing. In such a situation, yoga gives us the direction of peace.
  2. The Prime Minister said that increasing obesity is a challenge for the whole world. I discussed this in detail in Mann Ki Baat program. For this, the challenge to reduce 10% oil in your food was also started. I once again call people around the world to join this challenge.
  3. PM Modi said that yoga not only improves physical and mental health, but also increases awareness about this environmental and ecological balance. He said that yoga makes us aware of this interaction and teaches us that we are not a separate person, but part of nature. ”
  4. PM Modi said that for the 11th time today the whole world is doing yoga together on 21 June. Yoga has a simple meaning – connecting! It is pleasant to see how yoga has added the whole world.
  5. I am proud when I see our disabled companions read Yogasastra. Scientists do yoga in space. Young partners participate in the Yoga Olympiad in every village.
  6. Come, let us all make yoga a mass movement. A movement that leads the world to peace, health and harmony. Where every person starts the day with yoga and balance in life. Where every society is associated with yoga and is free from stress. Where yoga became the medium of threading humanity in one thread.
  7. The Prime Minister said that for the spread of yoga in the world, India is strengthening the science of yoga with modern research. The big medical institutions of the country are engaged on research on yoga. It is our endeavor to get a place in the modern medical system of yoga.
  8. Whether it is the stairs of Sydney Opera House, whether it is Everest peaks, or the sea expansion. The same message comes from everywhere- yoga is of all and for everyone. When I see the journey of yoga in the last decade, I miss a lot. The day when India proposed in the United Nations that on 21 June, there was recognition as International Yoga Day and in the shortest time 175 countries of the world stood with our proposal. Such solidarity, such support is not a common phenomenon in today’s world.
  9. The theme of this year’s International Yoga Day is ‘Yoga for Earth, Yoga for One Health’. This subject reflects a deep truth. The health of each unit on Earth is interconnected. Human welfare depends on the health of the soil that grows our food, on the rivers that give us water, on the health of animals that share our ecosystem, and on the plants that nourish us. Yoga makes us aware of this interaction, takes us on a journey of unity with the world, and teaches us that we are not a separate person but a part of nature.
  10. Happy International Yoga Day to all people around the country and all around the world. Today, for the 11th time, the whole world is doing yoga together on 21 June. Yoga has a simple meaning-rush. And it is pleasant to see how yoga has added the whole world.
