Hyderabad: While AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi made fun of Pakistan in his statement, condemned the US attack on Iran’s nuclear bases and described it as a violation of international laws. He expressed concern that after American bombing, some Arab countries in the Middle East could move towards making nuclear weapons due to Israeli’s “blackmailing and dominance”. He said, “The attack on Iran’s nuclear bases (by the US) is a violation of international law, United Nations chapter, NPT. It also violates the Constitution of the United States as it states that the country cannot fight without the permission of the Congress.”
He further said that American national intelligence chief Tulsi Gabbard also said earlier that there is nothing in Iran (nuclear weapons). Owaisi alleged that the US was hiding the massacre in Gaza. Owaisi said that Israel has 700–800 nuclear weapons, which have not been signed by NPTs. Also, inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) are not allowed to inspect them. He said that in five to ten years, Iran will promote uranium up to 90 percent and it cannot be stopped.
Pakistan’s joke
He made fun of Pakistan, saying that he is demanding the Nobel Peace Prize for US President Donald Trump for attacks on Iran? The Lok Sabha MP questioned whether Pakistan had supported Trump only so that it dropped a sovereign nation. In Hyderabad, Owaisi said, “We should ask Pakistanis whether they want Trump to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. The AIMIM leader made fun of Pakistan’s military leadership, saying,” … Did the General (Army Chief Asim Munir) of Pakistan had lunch with the US President for this? Today they are all exposed. “
He told ANI, “We should also remember that more than 16 million Indians live in the Gulf and Middle East, and if there is a war in that area, which is very likely, it will have a serious impact on Indians living there.” He said that this region is important for India’s economy. He said, “Indian companies have invested in all these Arab countries or Gulf countries, and a large part of foreign investment comes from this region.” (PTI/Ani)
