Etawah: A double decker bus going from Bihar to Delhi near Etawah in Uttar Pradesh fell victim to an accident. This bus fell below the Agra Lucknow Expressway. Two people died in the accident while more than 50 people were injured.
How did the accident happen?
According to the information, a private bus going from Bihar to Delhi fell victim to an accident in Saifai area of Etawah. As soon as the bus reached Milestone 103 on the Agra Lucknow Expressway, suddenly fell from the expressway. It is estimated that the accident occurred due to the driver’s sleep.
Two passengers died in accident
It is said that there were about 80 people in the bus. Two people died while more than 50 people were injured. Among those who died are Saeeda Khatoon (Nepal) and Manoj Kumar 55 from Darbhanga (Bihar).
Top officials reached the spot
As soon as the accident was reported, the local police reached the spot and started getting relief and rescue work. The police rushed to the hospital. Etawah DM and SSP, including other officials, reached the spot and took stock of the situation.
