“After SIR, the list of names removed from Bihar’s draft voter list was put on websites”, said Chief Election Commissioner

New Delhi: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Dnyanesh Kumar on Sunday openly responded to all the allegations including vote theft and questions about SIR. Meanwhile, Gyanesh Kumar said, “After SIR, the list of names removed from Bihar’s draft voter list has been put on the websites of the District Magistrates after the order of SC.”

Explain that the Supreme Court had asked the Election Commission last week to publish the information of 65 lakh names removed from the voter list and explained why they were not included. In order to bring transparency, the Supreme Court said this while hearing several petitions challenging SIR.
