The 22nd Shangri-La dialogue is organized in Singapore. India’s Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan arrived to attend the event. But today India’s economy, human development, is ahead of Pakistan on every front. This is not only a coincidence, but it is the result of the strategy. What is Shangri-La Dialogue?
