Encounter Stationalist Daya Nayak promotes ACP post

Daya Nayak, a police officer of N counter specialist fame, has been promoted to the post of Assistant Police Commissioner (ACP). Daya Nayak, a lioness to the underworld, was working as a Mumbai Crime Branch Senior Inspector.
