Four of the four accused in the foot case of 14 days judicial custody

Bangalore: At least 11 people were killed in Chinnaswamy Stadium and four others have been arrested in the case. Four accused were produced in court this evening.

Kiran, Nikhil Sosale, Sunil Matho and Sumanth were produced before the Cubbon Park police and the 41st ACMM court ordered the accused till June 19.

Four arrested accused will remain in judicial custody till June 19. The High Court has issued a temporary relief to the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) officials in connection with the case. But DNA’s Sunil Matho, Kiran and RCB chief Nikhil Sosale, Samant, have not received any relief. The High Court heard the argument of senior lawyer Sandesh Chauta on behalf of Nikhil Sosale and adjourned the application hearing at 2.30 pm.
