High Court filed by voluntary PIL – Btv Kannada

Bangalore: The Karnataka High Court has voluntarily filed a public interest petition over the death of 11 people during the RCB IPL triumphant celebration outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.

The government has been instructed to submit a report on the incident and scheduled the hearing at 2.30 pm. People were also standing on the High Court building. Lawyer Hemant Raj and GR Mohan have informed the court that it is a security flaw.

The voluntary PIL has been recorded based on the report in the current newspapers. The incident outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday was a serious concern. The Karnataka High Court has said that the case has been taken seriously and the bench has instructed the government to provide information on the security measures taken by the government.

At the hearing, AG Shashikiran Shetty was present at the High Court. Speaking afterwards, he said the instructions of the High Court would be followed. He said the incident and the government’s action would be given to the High Court.

Police Commissioner Dayanand visits Chinnaswamy Stadium: Bangalore Police Commissioner B Dayanand visited the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Thursday. Gate No. 6, 7, 21 of the Chinnaswamy Stadium was killed in the footsteps. Thus, the commissioner visited the places and inspected it.

He is the one who died from the footsteps: The government has ordered an investigation into the footprint at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. Bangalore City Collector Jagadish has been appointed as the inquiry. 11 people have died in the disaster. They are identified as Divyashri (14), Akshata (25), Bhoomik (37), Sahana (23), Shravan (20), Shivaling (17), Poornachandra (20), Kamakshi Devi (29), Prajwal (22), Chinmaya Shetty (19) and Manoj Kumar (20).
