High Court issued a temporary relief to KSCA

Bangalore: Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) The FIR was filed against. The High Court, which heard the petition filed by KS CA officials seeking the cancellation of the FIR, issued a conditional relief.

The High Court unanimously hearing the petition should not be forced against KSCA officials. However, the applicant has stipulated to cooperate with the trial. KS CA President Raghuram Bhatt, Secretary A. Shankar and Treasurer ES Jairam have been released. The court, which has said that the investigation should be cooperated with the accused and adjourned the next hearing to June 16.

Shyam Sundar, a senior lawyer for the petitioner and Ashok Haranahalli, a senior lawyer for KS CA, argued. AG Shashikiran Shetty argued on behalf of the government.
