No need for narco test, evidence is enough-Police
Police said that the results of Narco-Test are not acceptable in the court. Vivek Sim, Superintendent of Police of East Khasi Hills, said that during the investigation, both Raj and Sonam have admitted to being in a relationship. Before this, he has also accepted the crime. We recited the murder scene, in which he showed us how to kill King Raghuvanshi. We now have evidence in this matter … I do not think we should conduct narco test at this level now.
Police also accepted-Raja was murdered due to this reason
Superintendent of Police Vivek Sim said, “The matter is being resolved with full careful, in which instead of depending on the conflict only on the conflict, emphasis is being laid on creating a strong, acceptable evidence. Its purpose is to prepare a legally sustainable charge sheet as soon as possible. The official indicated that Sonam has hinted that Sonam has picked up the murder to remove her husband Raja Raghuvanshi and live with Raj Kushwaha.
The official said, “Sonam R Raj wanted to kill both the king, because he had a relationship and due to customs he had to agree between parents and the rest … so he thought it is better to get rid of this person (king).”
Where did revolver, bags and jewelry
The Meghalaya Police will now interrogate Lokendra Tomar, who is the owner of an infrastructure company and its flat in Indore, in which Sonam Raghuvanshi stayed for some time before being arrested from Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh. Police is collecting information about why the bag that Sonam left in the flat was removed. The bag had a desi pistol, his phone, the king’s jewelry and Rs 5 lakh cash in the bag.
Eighth arrest in murder case, Lokendra Tomar will be questioned
Now the police suspect that this was an attempt to erase the evidence and both people have been accused of tampering with evidence.
