‘300 crores offered’
He further wrote, “When he was in the post of governor, I was also offered a bribe of Rs 150-150 crore at that time, but in my political guru farmer Messiah Late Chaudhary Charan Singh ji, he continued to work honestly and he could never deege my faith. When I was the governor, I was also running the peasant movement, I raised the demand of the farmers without any political greed. He stayed with him in every battle from Jantar Mantar to India Gate. “
‘Cancelled itself tender’

The government is looking for excuses to implicate me in a false charge sheet by showing fear of CBI. In the case in which I want to trap me myself, I canceled the tender myself, I told the Prime Minister myself and after telling them, I told me that I myself and after telling them After being, this tender took place with the signature of someone else. “
‘I am not going to be afraid, I am going to bow down’
He wrote, “I want to tell the government and the government agencies that I am from the farmer, I am neither afraid nor going to be. After getting a chance to do, I am still living in a room house and I am in debt.
What is the whole matter?
The case is related to the Kiru Hydroelectric Power Project in Kishtwar. In this, contracts of about Rs 2,200 crore were given. During its investigation in February 2024, the CBI searched more than 30 places including Malik’s residences in Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir. Several people came under the CBI investigation, including former CVPPPL chairman Naveen Kumar Chaudhary, former officers MS Babu, MK Mittal and Arun Kumar Mishra, besides Patel Engineering Limited, which was given the contract. According to the CBI, it was not implemented despite the decision to re-tender the project through e-tendering through reverse auction at the 47th board meeting of CVPPPL and was finally given to the contract Patel Engineering Limited.
