Pakistan did not renew passport and visa
Adnan Sami narrated an anecdote before acquiring citizenship of India. He said that when he was in India, his visa was to be renewed. The passport was also to be renewed along with visa renewal. Adnan sent a letter to the Delhi -based Pak High Commission for this but no response came. When he was re -approached, he was asked to talk in Islamabad. Adnan said that when he contacted Islamabad, he was told that his visa would not be renewed. Adnan said that the people sitting in power there did not want my passport and visa to be renewed. When I came to know this, I told the Ministry of Home Affairs here that this is happening to me.
