In this state, newlyweds will get gold and silk saree, party made electoral promise

‘All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam’ (AIADMK) will provide silk saris to the newlyweds under its marriage assistance plan when it comes to power in the assembly elections to be held in Tamil Nadu in 2026. Party General Secretary E.K. Palaniswami said this on Tuesday.

Talking to silk weavers, Palaniswami said that the party will also start plans to improve their livelihood. He said, “We will make every effort to help the silk handloom weavers of the state. Former Chief Minister J. Under the marriage assistance scheme launched by Jayalalithaa, arrangements will be made to give gold to the newly married brides for silk saris and plate (Mangalasutra). ”

Palaniswami replies to Stalin

CM Stalin is hospitalized
