IPS Officer D. Order to transfer Shilpa to Karnataka cadre

Kochi: IPS officer at Kerala Cadre The Kerala High Court has ordered Shilpa to be transferred to Karnataka cadre. Justice Amit Rawal and Justice K.V. The divisional bench, which was presented by Jayakumar, has issued the order that the Karnataka -based applicant has been misrepresented to the Kerala cadre.

Currently D. Shilpa is serving as an AIG at the Kerala Police Headquarters. The petitioners argued that the Karnataka cadre was excluded due to an error in cadre in 2015. Since the Central Administrative Tribunal did not give a favorable verdict, he contacted the High Court. The court acknowledged his argument that there was a mistake in cadre allocation. Advocate T Sanjay argued on behalf of the petitioner.
