A case has been registered against Aryan Company after the helicopter crashed in Kedarnath, Uttarakhand. This will reduce the possibility of accident and will provide help in time in case of accident.

CEO Yukada Sonika said that Chief Minister Dhami has directed strict action against those who have been negligent and strict action will be taken against the culprits. Confirming this, he also said that Command and Coordination Center will be established for better coordination of helicopter flights. In order to facilitate the journey of Kedarnath by helicopter, more security arrangements will be made in future.

What is the charge on Aryan Company?

In the case registered against the Aryan company, it is said that the weather was bad on Sunday. Clouds and fogs were on the sky. In such a situation, a helicopter was run in violation of SOP. This led to the accident. It has also been said that the manager of Aryan Company knew very well that the ride of helicopter could be fatal in such weather. Despite this, the Aryan company ran a helicopter and the same negligence became the cause of the accident. Aryan Company manager Vikas Tomar and accountable manager Kaushik Pathak have been blamed for this accident.

Helicopter left before time

The FIR states that the first slot for the operation of the helicopter is between 6 am and seven in the morning, but the accident occurred at 5.30 am. In such a situation, the SOP was not followed by the company. For this reason, the company officials have been held responsible for the accident.

Seven people died in Kedarnath accident

A helicopter crashed in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand on Sunday. Seven people died in this accident. The helicopter was returning from Kedarnath with devotees.
