The Karnataka High Court has filed a voluntary complaint of the tragedy of the footprint Girish Bharadwaj. Chief JusticeAppealed by letter to.

What’s in the letter? M. of Bangalore. I am writing this letter with a heavy heart to bring you to your attention on the tragic footprint at a felicitation ceremony for the RCB team at Chinnaswamy Stadium. This unfortunate incident killed more than 10 innocent lives and more than 25 people were injured, many of whom were seriously injured.

According to reports, the impact of the severe misuse of the crowds and program operators, the inadequate crowded control, the lack of proper coordination with local authorities and the complete neglect of public safety standards. Thousands of people were allowed to join and around the stadium without adequate barricading, access control or emergency response procedures.

This event is not a case of your regime, not just an administrative failure, but a serious violation of the fundamental right of life and safety asserted under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. The families of the deceased and the injured are drowned in despair. But the public has been mourned by the complete negligence that caused such a tragedy in the state -sponsored public program.

In keeping with these serious concerns, I sincerely request that necessary steps be initiated for the public interest by considering the Honorable High Court incident voluntarily. To ensure the independent and time frame investigation about the circumstances around the incident, it may be the officers of DPAR, BBMP, Police, State Government or Private Program Management Organizations – a court intervention to set a responsibility.

I request that this respected court should give the state government to provide immediate medical assistance and rehabilitation to the injured victims and to ensure a fair, timely and adequate solution to the families and injured in the tragedy.

Furthermore, this event highlights the urgent need to formulate and implement strict guidelines for conducting large -scale public programs in Karnataka. The rules of such judicial supervision are essential to prevent the recurrence of such disasters in the future.

I put a complete faith in the sympathy and careful attitude of this respected court and urge your lord to be kindly considered by the seriousness and emergency of the matter. Advocate Girish Bharadwaj said that the victims can only come through judicial supervision of justice and for the future.
