PM Modi will visit UK and Maldives, know which issues will be discussed

New Delhi: PM Modi is scheduled to leave for two countries from July 23. On the invitation of Britain’s Prime Minister Kir Starmer, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on an official visit to the United Kingdom from 23-24 July 2025. This will be Prime Minister Modi’s fourth visit to Britain. Apart from this, in the second phase of his visit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Maldives from July 25-26, 2025 at the invitation of Dr. Mohammad Muizzu, President of Maldives. This will be the Prime Minister’s third visit to Maldives. Along with this, during the Presidential period of Dr. Mohammad Muizzu, the first visit to the Maldives of a President or the head of the government will be the first visit to the Maldives.

PM Modi’s fourth visit to Britain

During his visit to Britain, Prime Minister Modi will hold a wide discussion on the entire aspects of the Indo-Britain bilateral relations with British Prime Minister Kir Starmer. He will also exchange ideas on issues of regional and global importance. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to meet Raja Charles III. During this visit, the two sides will also review the progress of the comprehensive strategic partnership (CSP), which will pay special attention to business and economy, technology and innovation, defense and security, climate, health, education and relations between people. PM Modi will leave for the fourth time on July 23 on a trip to Britain.

Chief guest will be in Maldives’ Independence Day

Apart from this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also go to Maldives in the next phase after his visit to Britain. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the ‘chief guest’ at the 60th anniversary of Maldives on 26 July 2025. During this visit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet Dr. Mohammad Muizzu and discuss issues of mutual interest. The two leaders will also take stock of the progress in the implementation of the India-Maldives joint approach for the ‘Cast Economic and Maritime Security Partnership’ adopted during the state visit of the President of Maldives in October 2024.
