Dow Lal Vaishnav, father of Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, has passed away. He is undergoing treatment at Jodhpur AIIMS. Information about his death has been given by Jodhpur AIIMS. Giving information on behalf of the hospital, it was told that Dau Lal Vaishnav was undergoing treatment in AIIMS Jodhpur for the last few days. He died at 11.52 am today. Along with this, AIIMS Jodhpur expressed condolences on his death.

Actually, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav’s father was undergoing treatment at Jodhpur AIIMS. Information about his death has been given by the hospital itself. This morning at 11:52 minutes, the death of Dau Lal Vaishnav was given by Jodhpur AIIMS. Jodhpur AIIMS said in a release, “It is informed with great grief that Railway Minister’s father Dau Lal Vaishnav ji died today at 11:52 am on 08 July 2025 in AIIMS Jodhpur.”

In the Jodhpur AIIMS release, he further said, “He was seriously ill for the last few days and AIIMS was under treatment in Jodhpur. Despite all efforts of the medical team, they could not be saved. AIIMS Jodhpur family prays for the peace of the departed soul and expresses deep condolences to the heart.”

Who was Dau Lal?

Please tell that Dau Lal Vaishnav was a native of Jeevand Kala in Pali district of Rajasthan. He later settled in Jodhpur with his family. Dau Lal Vaishnav was an experienced lawyer and Income Tax Advisor who practiced in Jodhpur for many years. His main profession was legal services and tax advice. Apart from his professional career, he also took over as a sarpanch in his ancestral village Jeevand Kala, which reflects his strong leadership and ground -level connections.
