The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert of very heavy rains, clouds and thunderstorms in its latest update in Banswara, Baran, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Jhalawar, Kota, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand and Udaipur. At the same time, a yellow alert of heavy rains has been issued in Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dausa, Dholpur, Jaipur, Karauli, Sawaimadhopur, Tonk, Hanumangarh, Pali and Sri Ganganagar.

Weather condition in Uttarakhand

Orange alert of heavy to very heavy rain has been issued today in three districts of Uttarakhand. There is a possibility of thunderstorms in other districts. Today, there is a heavy to heavy rains in Bageshwar, Nainital and Rudraprayag. Apart from this, there may be heavy rains with thunderstorms at some places in Dehradun, Tehri, Chamoli, Champawat and Pithoragarh. Also, there is a possibility of showers on the Chardham Yatra route.
