Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar suddenly resigned. In his resignation, Dhankar said that he is resigning immediately on the advice of doctors. Currently, the market of rumors and speculation in political corridors is hot. Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote in his tweet on the X on Tuesday that “Jagdeep Dhankhar ji has got the opportunity to serve the country in many roles including the Vice President of India. I wish him good health.”

Dhankhar had to undergo treatment in AIIMS after complaining of chest pain in March this year. On Monday, Dhankar looked healthy on the first day of the monsoon session of Parliament and conducted the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha till 4.30 pm. Five hours later he resigned.

Dhankhar’s tenure as Vice President was still two more years, so his resignation was suddenly shocking. Dhankar was present in the Rajya Sabha on Monday, he had a long meeting with the leaders of the opposition at six in the evening. During the day, no one even got a glimpse that he can take such a big decision. The question is that if he had to resign for health reasons, it could have been given earlier. Resignation after running the house proceedings on the first day of the monsoon session, shows that the reason for the resignation is something else.

What is the real reason for the resignation of Dhankhar, what is the reason for his resentment, it will be revealed later, but it is so clear that the high leadership in the government was not satisfied with the behavior of Jagdeep Dhankhar and his working style and Dhankar was not ready to change his ways. Dhankhar openly expresses his opinion on every issue. While holding the post of Vice President, he did not hesitate to make political statements. He was commenting on the judiciary. The leaders of the opposition were strictly treating them.

Due to this, there was a belief among the common people that what Jagdeep Dhankhar is saying is saying at the behest of the government and the government does not want so at all.

Where do Jagdeep Dhankhar listen to someone? So he had to resign. However, Jagdeep Dhankhar is not such a person who can keep his mind in his heart for a long time. So late, he will reveal the reason for his resignation himself.

Shame: Bomb cracked, 189 people died, but do not know who culprit?

The Bombay High Court acquitted all the 12 accused of the 2006 Mumbai serial train blast. In its order, the High Court said that the investigating agencies could not present any concrete evidence against the accused, the statements of the witnesses are not capable of trust, the weapons shown by the police, they cannot be linked to the serial blast. That is why all the accused are acquitted on the basis of benefit of doubt.

This decision of the High Court is surprising. Seven bomb blasts occurred in separate local train in Mumbai within 11 minutes on the evening of 11 July 2006, 19 years ago. 189 people lost their lives in these bomb blasts, 827 people were injured.

Maharashtra ATS investigated, in 2015, Mumbai’s Special TADA court sentenced five accused, Faisal Sheikh, Kamal Ansari, Ehtesham Siddiqui and Naveed Khan to death, seven accused Muhammad Sajid Ansari, Muhammad Ali, Dr. Tanveer Ansari, Majid Shafi, Muzamil Sheikh, Sohail Sheikh and Zamir Sheikh were sentenced to life. But the High Court rejected the trial court’s decision.

A bench of High Court Justice Anil Kilor and Justice Shyam Chandak said that investigative agencies had failed to prove the case against the accused. The High Court said that the explosives, weapons and maps recovered by the investigating agency have no connection with these blasts. The judges said that the prosecution could not even prove what kind of bombs were used for the blasts. Therefore, on the basis of the evidence in front of the court, it is difficult to believe that these accused carried out the bomb blasts. The High Court ordered all the accused to be released immediately from jail.

As soon as the High Court’s decision came, Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind expressed happiness over the acquittal of all the accused. Maulana Arshad Madani said that the decision of the High Court is historic. This decision is a great success of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind. After 19 years, truth and justice have won. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that his government will challenge the High Court’s decision in the Supreme Court.

It is the fact that in 2006, there were serial blasts in local trains in Mumbai. It is also a painful truth that 189 innocent people died in this accident, more than 800 innocent were injured. This terrible scene can never be forgotten. But the sad thing is that even after 19 years, there is no answer to the question who has done these blasts, who is responsible for the death of hundreds of people? The 12 people who were acquitted by the High Court today, if they are innocent then why were they kept in jail for 18 years? This is really a big failure of our investigative agencies. The kind of contrast between the lower court and the High Court is shocking. The lower court accepted the statements of the witnesses, but the High Court rejected the statements of the same witnesses.

During the investigation, SIT told the recovered RDX as strong evidence, the lower court also agreed, but the High Court refused to consider RDX as evidence of Serial Blast. The lower court accepted the accused statements of the accused as correct but the High Court says the statements were taken under pressure.

The thing to think is that on the basis of the investigation on which the lower court, by believing the statements of the witnesses, which the evidence of which blames 12 people for the serial blast, the High Court after 10 years and throws the same evidence of the same witnesses and throwing the same evidence in the trash basket and acquitted all the accused.

Now what should the country answer those who have been killed? Now the matter will go to Supreme Court. Then it will take many years. It is a shame that bombs cracked, 189 people died but do not know who are culprits? (Rajat Sharma)
