What happened so far in the murder case after a minor rape in Muzaffarpur, Bihar?

The accused told the police during interrogation that he had attacked his neck with a knife 3 times with the intention of killing the innocent after the rape.

Apart from this, he also attacked other places including the stomach with a knife. This damaged the innocent tone nerve and was unable to speak.

He left him as dead and came back. After this, the police arrested the accused.
