Why do most things look colorless in space? Know the reason here

Our atmosphere on Earth spreads the sunlight, causing color to shine, but there is no such atmosphere in space.

There the sunlight falls directly on the object on which it is centered. There is no shine of colors due to lack of light spread all around.

This is the reason why something in space, if there is no straight covered with light, then it looks colorless or black.
